I think your question relates to the Market analyzer's "indicator column"?

The indicator column can accept an indicator's plot and in the case of a multi-plot indicator will allow the selection of any plot from the indicator. By default, the column would display the value of the selected plot. Some indicators use "transparent" plots to provide a signal value that can be displayed in the market analyzer and used as a condition for formatting the cell color or text displayed.

If comparing the indicator in the market analyzer with the same indicator on a chart, the critical concerns are that the data series is the same (days to load, bar type, bar size, and same trading hours) between the market analyzer column settings and the chart and that the same Calculate mode is used.
