Can code be added/ changed to an NT indicator?

The system indicators are locked to prevent such modifications.

You are welcome to make a copy of them and modify the copy as you wish.

In the Ninjascript editor, select the indicator of interest and open it in the editor window. Once open, in the code screen of the indicator, right mouse click and select "Save as" and enter a new and unique name for the indicator. Then click OK. The code screen will then show the newly created copy and you can modify it as you wish.

Yes, and basically anything you see listed in the Ninjascript editor explorer as well.

When a new copy of script is created will it affect or change the original in any way?

If the copy is saved with a new and unique name, it would not impact the existing script.

"If code is locked, it won't allow a copy?" All of the Ninjatrader provided indicators, strategies, etc are "locked" You can copy them and modify the copy as advised earlier, provided you provide a new and unique name.
