Coding Services Offered via Ecosystem - Any feedback or referrals?

Hello,

I have a project that I'm looking to hire someone to finish as it's beyond by skill set, but I'm not sure where to start with the 63 coding service companies listed here:

I would like to receive all the source code upon final delivery with nothing hidden or protected but am not worried about an NDA. Fixed quote versus per hour is preferred as well. Let me know if you know of anyone on this list that can help.

Thanks Thomas, but what I'm looking for is if anyone in the NT8 community has used one of these companies/people and would recommend them.
