Sine Wave with S/R that draws on chart

In my NT7 I have this indicator but it doesn't come up when I look for it in the User App Share? For NT8. Is there a link somewhere that provides a Sine Wave Ind. with it's S/R to plot on chart?

Also another Indicator that I'm looking for is a MA that can plot from a Tick chart onto a UniRenko chart or just Renko. Time based higher time frame ma's don't operate on tick or renko.
