How to set trial version or paid version for my custom indicator?

Hello there,
I already developed my own indicator, but I want to sell this indicator.
My question here is... how I have to limit my indicator to be used in only one machine? I see that some people that sell indicator they can provide a trial of 15 day then if you like it, you can buy it.
What I have to do?
