Importing a new custom indicator .CS file through VS code

Hey guys, I am looking to import a new .CS file of code for an indicator copy pasted from tradingview.com that I would like to back test. I have gotten the basic legwork of adding the .CS file to the proper indicator directory in the NinjaTrader program files and am in the NinjaScript Editor menu (from command center) for indicators, attempting to compile. I have a series of simple syntax errors (too many characters in literal, identifier expected...) and just looking for help to clean those up in the script. Also wondering if I need to add any NinjaTrader specific default scripting framework that appears in the standard indicators provided with Ninjatrader 8.

      Hello bigminifridge,

Only NinjaScripts can be imported. May I confirm this is a NinjaScript that was made in NinjaTrader?

Scripts from other platforms cannot be imported in NinjaTrader.
