Can NinjaTrader interact with content on websites? So for example, if I have a website which lists tradeable levels, they could flow from that site into a NT indicator? Or alternatively, if in NT you hit max loss per day, that information can flow over to the website where a notification is listed?

There is no documented or supported method for having NinjaTrader connect with content on websites. You could use an HttpRequest to accomplish this, however, this would go beyond our means of support.
Please see the JTeconnews indicator in the NinjaTrader User App Share center linked below for an example of accessing web data in an indicator.
