Automatically save chart image?

In certain scenarios I am would like to be able to capture a screen shot on a chart at a point in time, but I am not always aware that its happening. I am wondering if there is a way to automate the save chart image functionality and either email it or save it to a specified path? After the fact when I can see the right side of the chart it loses its affect so would like to capture at time of event happening if possible
