In the RSI Gradient indicator, the BarBrushes collection is modified on each bar to give the illusion of a gradient brush. To do this with a plot object (not the bar series) use the PlotBruses array.

If you get this issue using the PlotBrushes array we would need to fix something internally on our end since the brush initialization is handled by the NinjaTrader core. If you can reproduce the issue using this array I would be happy to take a look for you.
