Create invisible indicator signal that can be used in an alert condition

I have indicators that generate weak short, strong short, weak long and strong long signals.
Can I somehow use these values in an alert condition without showing them in the indicator as plots?
They would disrupt the auto scaling.

You can create a strategy based on this indicator conditions & get the alert, it won't plot the indicator on chart by default (keep plot on chart unchecked). Hope it helps!

I don't want a strategy, but just want to access the signal of a few indicators to use in an alert condition.

I meant you can use strategy builder & use strategy to alert you based on indicator conditions without a plot. Else you can make the plots transparent to avoid plot on chart & you can get the alerts as needed.

I would concur with s.kinra here, you can either create a strategy that will not take trades but simply trigger an alert when the condition is met, or you can make the plots of the indicators transparent in the indicator settings and then use those in your alert conditions.

I would also add that you can look at the indicator's IsAutoScale property:

Setting this to false should allow the indicator to plot without disrupting the chart scaling for other indicators.
