I would like to share an error message from one of my customers :
Unhandled exception : SetconnectionId threw an exception.

Any idea ?

Further context would be needed.

How exactly did the client encounter the error?

I would also suggest checking the stack trace in the trace file for further hints on where the exception was thrown.

If the exception was thrown in your script, using the information from the stack trace can help to chase after the matter.

If the exception was not thrown from your script, please have the client write in to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com with their log and trace files so we can examine the stack trace. We would also want to know how the client encountered the error.

Log and trace files are located in the Documents\NinjaTrader 8\log and Documents\NinjaTrader 8\trace folders.
