Yearly Pivots

Hi, the NT 8 Pivots indicator plots monthly and weekly pivots on daily chart, while daily pivot on intraday charts.

However, I would like to develop a Pivots indicator that can display "Yearly Pivots" on daily, weekly or monthly charts by modifying the NT 8 Pivots indicator. Yearly Pivot Point = (H + L + C)/3 for a given year (e.g. 2019, 2018, 2016, 2015, etc.). Please see the attached SPY weekly chart with Yearly Pivots.



I'm hoping that you can point me to a direction or the documentation that I can reference for undertaking such an endeavor.

The Pivots indicator is open source and available for study through the NinjaScript editor. It depends on how comfortable you are with using NinjaScript. If you would like, there are also private developers for hire on the publicly available NinjaTrader ecosystem web site that can assist you (or make the entire thing).
