PaintPriceMarkers is Misleading

The PaintPriceMarkers option name is confusing and misleading, because indicators that plot in a lower panel rarely plot prices. Furthermore, even some that plot in the price chart panel don't actually plot prices. A more accurate name like DisplayPlotEndValue would be more appropriate.

This is specific to plots that have price markers showing in the price margin.

This controls if the indicator will have the price markers shown in the price margin for its plots or if no price marker will show in the price margin.

If the indicator does not have plots, then this will not apply as this will only apply to indicators that have plots.

It is not specific to plots that have price markers showing in the price margin. It also sets whether or not plots in a lower panel have plot-end-value markers. Load any indicator that plots something other than price in a lower panel, change the PaintPriceMarkers option between true to false, and you will see markers for plot-end-values that are not prices come and go.
