Using DefaultChartStyle to set my default ChartStyle

I have created a custom BarType and ChartStyle. In the BarType I would like to set my custom ChartStyle as the default chart style. To do this within the BarType I need to use the following statement:

DefaultChartStyle = (ChartStyleType) 1717;

I am setting this statement in the State.SetDefults section of the BarType.

When doing so I get an error: The type or namespace name 'ChartStyleType' could not be found (are you missing a using directive..

I have read a couple of post about this matter but I cannot follow the solution. I should me missing something pretty simple. What is it?

Please try using the fully qualified type:

DefaultChartStyle = (Gui.Chart.ChartStyleType)1717;
