cannot find this custom indicator

i have a custom indicator called customcci. as you can see from video, i can compile it and there are no errors. i can also see it on the indicator tree.
but when i goto my chart, i cannot find this indicator.

It looks like the script is not calling the OnStateChanged method properly. Are there any indicator loading errors in the log tab of the Control Center?
