Thanks for your post.
Yes, if by draw you mean drawing objects. Plots can only be assigned to one panel. If you have an indicator with IsOverLay = false then the indicator will create an indicator panel and any plots will be presented in the indicator panel. The drawing of objects such as lines, rectangles, etc, is controlled by the property DrawOnPricePanel which when true will draw on the price panel and when false will draw in the same panel as the plots.
