Printing Up/Down Arrows For Trade Signals?

Thank you for the screenshots.

This may indicate that as the strategy was enabled, the MoneyFlowOscillator plot using 42 as the Period did not cross below 0 any time between 9:00 AM and 10:31 AM.

I recommend that you use prints to find which of these values is causing the condition to evaluate as false.

Print the time of the bar and print the value of MoneyFlowOscillator(42).
Then save the output to a text file and include this with your reply.

From the output, on each bar we'll be able to see the value of the MoneyFlowOscillator and look for any bar where the value is above 0 and then crosses below 0 between 9 and 10:31.

The prints would let us know that the strategy is enabled and what is happening in Playback.

Are you certain you have enabled the strategy? (Is the Enabled checkbox checked?)

We need to know what data the strategy is evaluating in the conditions to know why the condition is not evaluating as true.

You could try guessing but there is no guarantee you are going to guess the issue correctly and fix it. I would recommend using prints to just understand why the condition is not evaluating as true which will give you your answer.
