Test if current high equals any prior high

Am new to this so apols if this is obvious.

I am using range bars and want to test if the high of the current bar is equal to the high of any bar in a lookback period.

int i=0;
for (i=1; i<50; i++);
if (High[0] == High[i])

This didn't work so grateful for any help.
