Preferred way to distribute Indicators

When I send Indicators to clients in the format that exports from NT, they get a warning from Chrome upon download, that the zip may be dangerous. What are some other ways that I could use to get this into the hands of clients without them having to get this warning? Is an installer the only thing I can do? If so, is there an easy way to build an installer for some basic indicators? I am aware of Inno but just wanting to get a sense of what most other developers do to distribute.

Google will flag .zip files during download no matter the source, so there would not be a means around that with .zip files.

For an installer we would not have any resources available, although one of our community members may chime in with information. I would recommend researching how to build an installer in your favorite search engine, there are a lot of great resources out there.
