Thanks for your post.
We would be able to assist approved Vendors with using our Vendor Licensing servers to authorize NinjaScripts, but we would not be able to provide further direction for troubleshooting your own licensing system.
I'll leave this thread open ended in case other community members have encountered this and can share their input.
If there are any other NinjaTrader/NinjaScript related items we can assist with, please feel free to open a new thread.
