Color regions

I am trying to do some time analsysis and would like to use the Color Regions indicator but it is endlessly circling for me. Could someone direct link the zip file?

I am having no difficulty downloading from the link you provided. We'll need more information to find out why you're unable to download from our Ecosystem site. Please answer all of the following questions:

• What version of Windows are you using?
• What web browser are you using?
• Does this symptom persist if your clear your browser's cache?
• What about if you use a different web browser?
• What about after you turn off your PC, turn off your modem/router for at least 30 seconds, then restart your PC?

I have tried Chrome Firefox IE, I've tried 3 browsers in my tablet, 2 browsers in my phone. I've cleared my cache, rebooted, disabled ad blocking software. Tried my laptop and 2 other desktops in my house. I am with Cox, the largest provider in the state. I've reset my router, I've reset my cable modem. I tried download directly to drop box and google cloud to then download from there. I enabled my VPN to see if it was a routing issue with my internet. I run daily spyware and virus checks and have no known computer or internet issues on any other website.
