Color Rule

Good evening. I use Ninja trader8, and I would like to create a coloring rule to insert in the candlestick chart, but as I don't know programming I would like to know if someone could help me, if I informed the parameters of the rule. Thank you.

Unfortunately, support staff can not develop scripts 1 one 1 with clients. A community member will need to help with development. I linked a relevant sample that shades the bars of a chart based on the RSI indicator.
