You can find all indicators/strategies and misc files in the "User apps" which can be accessed via the red banner at the top (of any forum page) by clicking "user apps".

I just downloaded it and will install and test.

EDIT: After installing the indicator and adding it to a chart, I can say that it draws absolutely nothing in the panel that is added to the bottom of the chart. I scrolled all the way to the beginning of the chart... nada.
