In that case, if you want an alert to go off at a specific future Time, you would use Time options in your conditions in your alert. For example, if the current time of the chart = your chosen time then submit an order. There would not be a way that I am aware of to set an alert based on the time of a manually drawn vertical line, if you try to compare it to the Time[0] of the bar you'll get an error.
