Can one change Wick thickness in an indicator?

This would not be supported since this code is not locked into documentation, but you may try accessing the the ChartStyle's properties through ChartBars.Properties.ChartStyle.

I would recommend storing this value to a temporary variable and resetting it to the temporary value in State.Terminated so the script does not permanently modify the chart's candlestick wick thickness.

Stroke represents the outline when Stroke2 represents the wick.

You also would likely need to check that the ChartStyle is in fact the ChartStyleType that you wish to modify so you do not adversely modify another ChartStyle where this modification may not be needed. Printing the ChartStyleType could help provide some further direction for writing the necessary logic.
