1 tick series in indicator

In adding a 1 tick dataseries in indicator without specifying the market data type in live or realtime it will access all events in each market data type?

No, this would just be for the input series. For example if you are using Last prices it would be adding 1 tick data for last. If you want a specific MarketDataType you would need to use that overload and include it. For all data types that would require 3 series, one each for last bid and ask.

I have 3 indicators in 3 ES with 1 tick as secondary series running in OnEachTick. I used that 1 tick in getting the tick volume. Now when I compare the ES chart to the GC chart, the ES chart is delayed a couple of minutes. I am wondering if that 1 tick secondary series of each indicator in 3 ES caused the delay of the ES chart.

That would be unlikely however you can certainly test to see what may be causing that by trying different configurations. From the given details I couldn't say that would be related, you may want to review the overall workspace and try to remove items until you see it resolve to see what was removed last. If you find a specific use case which does cause a delay we could review that to see why that may be happening.
