Are you seeing a script with that exact name in the Indicators -> Available list?

Can you provide a link to the script you are referring to?

Are you talking about the EMAToggleExample Kate has provided?

Are you talking about the CloneOverridePlotBrushVisibilityToggleExample linked in post # 28?

I just deleted the indicator and decided to not use this as it does have a bug on it

when you add to chart and if you add another chart using the new tab bottom + or just duplicate the tab the indicator also gets duplicated at top

Since the indicator you are referring to was created by a third-party developer and not created by NinjaTrader, please contact the developer directly to inform them of the behavior so they may look into the cause of it.

The developer of the indicator is 'armybender' as noted on the User App Share page link you shared.

You could private message the developer of the NinjaTrader Forums by selecting the 'Messages' tab on the top-right corner of the NinjaTrader Forums, select 'Go to Message Center', and selecting the 'Compose New' button. Then, you could enter the user name 'armybender' as the recipient and type up your message.

Hi eddiekellertri...

I no longer use NinjaTrader. I built that indicator quite a while ago and no longer nave NT installed on my system to be able to fix it.

There are plenty of other "hobby developers" like me (I have zero formal training in programming), so I would recommend that you perhaps find someone on this forum that likes fixing indicators, etc. and see if they can help. I'm sure there are options for a fee, and you may want to consider that also if it is worth it. I'm not sure how to fix the issue you bring up either.

Hi eddiekellertri, you can avoid these duplicated buttons easily by removing the indicator from the other duplicated tabs and keep it in the first tab only.

Don't worry the indicator will work over all tabs into the same window.

I am using a time zone indicator. When I toggle "hide indicators", this is not hiding, but standard ema type indicators are. I dont know why this is not hiding. I only want to see this on low time frames and I want a quick way to hide this when changing time frames. Any ideas on how I can achieve this? Link to the indicator I am referring to is included.

I had two very related questions that I was just about to post in a separate thread, but saw this first and thought, why not add it here since it's so closely related.

1) Is it possible to change one of those toggle buttons into a box you can click on and enter numbers into?
&
2) Is it possible to make one of the toggle buttons refresh the indicator without refreshing all the other indicators?
I saw a third-party developer do that from a drop down menu.
This is the indicator I'm talking about.

Hello davydhnz,

Unfortunately, NinjaTrader_Kate is no longer with NinjaTrader.

I am not aware of a way to add a textbox to a menu. This thread will remain open for any community members that may know of custom C# to achieve this.

I would recommend instead having a window you can open to set property values.
