Chart Control Example with UI events?

Is there an example of an indicator that interacts with the user when they click on something that it draws? For example, an indicator renders a line. I want the user to be able to move it by clicking and dragging it.

I'm not aware of any example that implements a click and drag from an indicator. I found this example from our colleague Chelsea where the X/Y coordinates of the mouse are found but unfortunately, I'm not sure if it's possible to get a click+drag function.
