help for indicator

Hi, I need a simple indicator which I am not able to build on my own.
If anyone can do it for me thank you very much.
Indicator: if moving average a and moving average b are higher than the previous green coffin. If they are lower red otherwise yellow.
I wish I could choose the type of average and period in the parameters.
Default: Ema 9 and Ema 20.
The indicator appears below the price as a band, see below.
