level 2 data and stocks

I was wondering if there is anything different on Stock Level 2 and Futures Level 2

The Stock level 2 is not showing the bid volume and price but only the ask volume and price.
I checked the level 2 on Ninjatrader and it displays, but on the data on the output will not display.

We are using Kinetic paid service for



askRows[idx].Price
askRows[idx].Volume

bidRows[idx].Price
bidRows[idx].Volume

What can be the issue

Thanks for your post.

I have attached screenshots of the Level II window as well as the output window showing the output from OnMarketDepth. I am seeing levels printed for Ask and Bid. (I modified the SampleCustomEvents indicator to display this output, with MarketMakers printed as well.)

I am connected to Kinetick during these tests. Could you elaborate on the discrepancies you are seeing and what you expect to see?
