Is there a way to create your own custom chart? For example, what if I don't want to see the price based on bid, ask, or last, but display it as an average on every onMarketChange?

Thank you for the post.
You could take a look at the BarsTypes and ChartStyles in NinjaScript, this is generally the suggested way to make custom datapoints which would then result into bars and a chart style is used to draw that data in a custom way.
The alternative would be to just plot the data as you want from an indicator. Indicators have the capability to hide the price bars, so that would be another option to make a custom chart.
The scales on the chart cannot be changed so a true custom chart is not possible, it would need to still relate to price and time.
