Apply ATM Stategy to unprotected position

From the NT Control Panel Position tab, you can add an Atm Strategy to an unprotected position. Is it possible to do this with NinjaScript?

You would not be able to call entry methods and then apply an ATM strategy to it, the ATM must be applied initially when used in a NinjaScript strategy. In a strategy one would need to apply protective orders through code. There is a good example of this here:
