    Error on requesting bars series

Hi I am running into the following error when requesting BarSeries from TD Ameritrade in the morning. (When their system is busy). These are for Hot List Analyzer custom columns.

Is there any way to increase these blocking timeouts? Or the error "
The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.'" is actually what is causing all the issue and is unrecoverable?

    Hello jmneto,

    Thanks for your post.

Is this error being retrieved after performing a BarsRequest, or are you adding data using IsDataSeriesRequired/AddDataSeries in the Market Analyzer Column?

I would also like to review your complete log and trace files for this error to get a more complete understanding of what had happened before providing any further insight.

Could you email me your log and trace files at platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com? Please include the text "Attn Jim 2386701" and a link to this thread. Please also include an example script that demonstrates how you are requesting data. Other code can be removed for this example script.

    I look forward to assisting.
