Indicator version of IsInStrategyAnalyzer

Is there any way to determine if an indicator is running as part of a strategy within the Strategy Analyzer? IsInStrategyAnalyzer is available within a strategy, but I want to detect this condition from an indicator contained within the strategy.

Hello aslane,

IsInStrategyAnalyzer is not available to indicators, but it would be possible to supply this property to an indicator with a bool property to accept it.

You may also try using a custom C# workaround to detect the window. I'm not sure strategy analyzer base is but if its not the others and is unknown then possibly its the SA?

I am also happy to submit a feature request for IsInStrategyAnalyzer to be available to indicators.
