Get Correct Plot Index for Given Time

I want to get the index in MyPlot that corresponds to a given time.
(That time could be right on the start of the interval or somewhere in between.)

So I thought using something like this would work:

int barIdx = Bars.GetBar(datetime);
MyPlot[barIdx] = barIdx;

But it seems MyPlot uses 0 as the current bar, so it strangely goes backwards.
What should I do instead?

Bar index of 0 would refer to the current bar. See the following helpguide link on Referencing the Correct Bar,

To get how many bars ago a specified Date and Time was, you would have to use a loop.

I have attached a sample script which if you apply to a 60 minute CL 06-18 chart, will print to the output window how many bars ago the 5-16-2018 9AM bar was.
