Hello rwilliam,
You would need to compare the times of ticks or use a timer.
You could compare sequential ticks or you could try and find a bar from a few seconds ago.
For example:
if (Close[0] - Close[CurrentBar - GetBar(Time[0].AddSeconds(-2)) > 2 * TickSize)
{
// execute code
}
Alternatively, below is a link to an example of a timer.
