Custom horizontal lines on mouse move?

I'm looking to draw two horizontal lines on the chart, one on each side of the moustpoints / crosshair on the screen. Basically showing a predetermined risk level as I move the cursor. For example, 10 ticks on each side of the cursor. I have successfully attached to the mousemove event and captured the pointer coordinates but where would I render the two horizontal lines as onRender is called a maximum of 4 times per second (if I recall prior conversations in here).

Is there a better way to do this through Ninja? Thanks.

OnRender() is where I would suggest rendering the lines.
