multi time frame days to load

Can one have different days to load for different time frames?

ie

1 minute bar 3 days to load //adddataseries 1
5 minute bar 5 days to load //add dataseries 2

Thanks for your post.

If the time frames are for different Instrument added dataseries then yes, otherwise no.

For example, a chart of ES, if you add additional time frames of ES then this warning note from the helpguide applies: "When adding multiple Data Series of the same instrument and the same Bar Type, the 'barsToLoad' property will only be effective on the first added series. Subsequent series with a different barsToLoad setting will not load a different number of bars then the first series."

Continuing the example, if the added dataseries is another instrument then yes you can have and specify a different bars to load using the method overload of: AddDataSeries(string instrumentName, BarsPeriod barsPeriod, int barsToLoad, string tradingHoursName, bool? isResetOnNewTradingDay)
