Command for Date?

Hi,

I'd like to display today's date on a chart using an indicator.
I already have one indicator which allows me to write anything I want
and place it any corner of the chart.

So I would write something like this

YM 06-18 5/2/2018


Then, it appears on the chart. On the next day,
I need to modify the indicator and change it to YM 06018 5/3/2018

I don't like to change it everyday... so I'm wondering if there is a ninja
programming code or hot key which I can use so that date will be
updated automatically everyday?


For example, the default code for chart name is
@INSTRUMENT_FULL

I can remove this command on the Tab name and manually write things I want.

As a same token, is there a command line for date?

maybe something time @TIME_DATE ??

Thank you for the post.

I am not aware of a special Tag for Date/Time that exists currently. After further research, the only available tags are shown in the following link: https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...using_tabs.htm

I have put in a feature request to add Date time and DateTime variants.
