I want to change the TextFixed color and outline color not in the constructor.
How can I do that?

Thank you for the post.

You would need to store the instance of the object to be able to change it later.

TextFixed myText = Draw.TextFixed(this, "Test", "Test", TextPosition.Center);
myText.AreaBrush = Brushes.Gold;
myText.OutlineStroke.Pen = new Pen(Brushes.Red, 2);

myText.UseChartTextBrush = false;  // important 
myText.TextBrush = Brushes.Magenta;
