How to create an alert from indicator drawing

When this indicator prints a dot, how do I call it for alert if possible? Someone at ninja created it. Link attached

Thanks for your post,

The indicator you referenced does not provide an alert for the dots it draws (or any alerts). You would not be able to use the dots in a Chart type alert.

To have the indicator provide an alert when the dot is draw would requirement custom coding of the indicator using the Alert() method. Reference: https://ninjatrader.com/support/helpGuides/nt8/en-us/?alert.htm The help guide link to the Alert() method shows an example of the code needed for the alert() if this is something you wish to do yourself.
