    ChartPanel.W vs. ChartPanel.ActualWidth

    What is the difference between ChartPanel.W vs. ChartPanel.ActualWidth?

    #2
    Looks like they might be WPF units. So have a follow up question. I'm trying to place a custom grid with a form field in it at a specific X coordinate using a grid Margin property:

    Margin = newThickness(x, y, 0, 0)

    But the grid is placed way off from the actual defined margins. I get the X and Y values from a Vector2 variable. Example: double X = ChartPanel.W - vect2.X;

    What am i doing wrong?

      Hello martyn73,

      Thank you for your post.

      For ChartPanels you should always use ChartPanel X, Y, W, H. ActualWidth, Width, ActualHeight, Height are in WPF units, so they can be drastically different depending on DPI set, so using X/Y/W/H will give a much more uniform result.

      Please let us know if we may be of further assistance to you.
