I would like to be able to get alerts (with sound) when price moves above VAH and below VAL using Order Flow Volume Profile. Also, plot the breaks.

To confirm, you are developing a custom coded indicator, is this correct?
To trigger an alert call Alert() and provide a location path to a sound file.
Alert(string id, Priority priority, string message, string soundLocation, int rearmSeconds, Brush backBrush, Brush foreColor)
However, unfortunately the Order Flow Volume Profile indicator is not currently supported to be called from a script. The Order Flow Cumulative Delta, Order Flow Volumetric Bars, and Order Flow VWAP are currently the only Order Flow scripts that are currently supported to be called from code.
