Feature request - ability to change inputs withuot reloading

When we have 10s of indicators and strategies attached on chart, and try to open Indicator settings window and change any single variable, then whole chart reloads.

I think its a inneficiency of platform code. In 90% cases, only the indicator should be re-painted (recalculated & repainted) and nothing other.

and in 10% cases, when changing the paramater causes to change other indicators attached , then in addition only those indicators should be reloaded (recalculated & repainted).

this will be nice.
