new Bars Types problem

I have created a new Bars Type that shows only day session data for day chart.

Everything works fine except that sometimes after market close and I reload data I am losing the last bar. I said sometimes because it does not happen all the time.

If I close Ninja and reopen it the bars are OK.

If there was a problem with coding it would not happens sometimes but always

Any idea ?

In this case, I really couldn't say what actually may be happening as I am unaware of what code was used. But this does sound like a difference in the way the script processes historically versus real-time data if the problem is when you reload the chart.

To locate the reason for this, you would very likely need to add prints to the bars type and see how the logic is executed when normal, and also when not normal. You would likely also need to find a reproducible scenario to test this. This could provide a comparison of the logical path the script took in those cases and would likely be the only way to determine where the problem is.
