In an indicator, I want to draw horizontal lines that span individual sessions. For the current live session, can Draw.Line() accept a future date to define where the line ends, where the future date would the date/time of the end of the session?

Draw.Line() and future dates
Hi,

Hello grose,
Thank you for the post.
It is technically possible to place objects specifically in the future, however this is not documented so there are not specific expectations surrounding this concept.
You can either use a negative number of bars ago which represents the bar you want to place the object on in the future or use a specific date. Assuming the date is visible on the chart, it should be drawn. As there are no guidelines surrounding this use case I couldn't say if you would run into any problems or not, this would be something you can experiment with. Another user recently asked a similar question, you can find the conversation here: https://ninjatrader.com/support/foru...-extend-a-line
I look forward to being of further assistance.
