Horizontal and Vertical Grid Lines

I have built an indicator and I draw many objects on the chart from OnRender method.

Now I cannot apply the Grid lines. ( Horizontal and vertical )
On StateChange State.SetDefaults :

DrawHorizontalGridLines = true;
DrawVerticalGridLines = true;

From the Chart Property Grid Lines are visible

but I can't see the grid lines !

Any idea ?

Thanks for your post.

Can I confirm that you are only setting these properties in State.SetDefaults?
Did you set these properties after applying the indicator to your chart?

Also, please send me a screenshot of your chart and its settings.
To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

Thanks for your note.

I have a few more questions for you.

• Did you change these properties in your script after applying the indicator to the chart?
  
  
• Are the grid lines still absent if you remove all other indicators/strategies from the chart?
  
  
• If you right-click in your chart>Properties>Lines , are both the horizontal and vertical grid line "Visible" properties set to true? What color are they each set to?
