Max range percent in the last 15 days

Gm, i need a simple indicator (to use also as a column in the market analyzer to filter results).
(Max high of the last 15 days - Min low of the last 15 days)/(Min low of the last 15 days)*100

I come from tc2000 where the language is very simple and i'm having big difficult to write also simple indicators like this in NT8.
