I'm not sure why the 3rd party draw object is not able to be accessed. It shows up in the Draw object window which means it should be available when the script runs through the draw objects collection.

A possibility may be that the 3rd party script has added its own drawing tool that is not the same as Draw.Rectangle even though it appears to register as one. You might inquire with the 3rd party if they are using any special/custom draw tools n to create that.
