Start Custom Drawing Tool from Indicator

is there a method to start a Custom Drawing Tool from an Indicator?
i found an older forum post where this is discussed:

Thank you for the post.

In general, there is no suggested way to start a custom tool in the way the post is describing, the ChartDrawingToolCommands are built into the platform and are not dynamically generated for custom objects.

Are you trying to draw a custom tool from script or have a portion of the script enact a user-drawn object like the other post is explaining?

If you are asking how to have custom Draw. syntax, your drawing tool would need to implement the static partial class Draw as the existing drawing tools do to generate the Draw. methods. To manually draw this, the only supported way would be to use the charts menu.
